We invite you to worship with us

Saturday @ 4pm & Sunday @ 9am, 11am

Dear Parishioners,

“Hosanna! Hosanna!” These are the words that the crowds proclaimed as Jesus entered triumphantly into Jerusalem. We celebrate this today, Palm Sunday, by remembering how the crowds placed palm branches at Jesus’ feet. Today marks the beginning of the holiest week of the church year.

You and I have a wonderful opportunity to participate in the great pilgrimage of the church’s liturgical events of the year. It is best to experience these events in person, in order for you to get the full effect of a holy way of life for one full week of the best ritual and music that we have to offer. It is important. Time in church will be rewarded if you feel safe to return. You may remember that this time last year was private without opening our doors to the congregation. Our shock of the pandemic has been replaced with a certain resignation to life with COVID-19, but the storm is lifting for the future.

Easter is the holiest day of the year. We want to celebrate it as a holy people. Lent brought us to this change of heart by prompting us to do holy things during the last forty days. We did these to become holier and to develop our relationship with God. No one goes to a special place without dressing up for the occasion. We don’t approach the all holy God without a clean garment. Renew your baptismal promises and be reconciled with God. Make known to all how your life has been changed because you are one with God.

Please consider attending our Masses in person, although we will make a livestream available for all those who cannot attend.
