Parish Ministries

Altar Servers

This ministry allows all who are interested to assist the priest and deacon in a special way during the celebration of the Mass.

Lectors

This ministry allows all who are interested to proclaim the readings from Sacred Scripture during the celebration of the Mass.

Holy Communion

This ministry allows the faithful who are interested to assist the priest in the reverent distribution of Holy Communion to those at Mass and those homebound.

Cantors

This ministry allows talented individuals to direct and support the people’s singing by preparing and singing the parts of the Mass.

Ushers

This ministry is a special lay ministry that allows interested individuals to assist before and during the Mass. The ministry of ushers is the oldest lay ministry in the Catholic Church. Ushers take up the collection, distribute worship aids, and greet those entering the church.

PREP

Our Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) is dedicated to the education of the children within the parish, while supporting the parents in their primary role as educators of the Catholic faith.

RCIA

Our RCIA program is dedicated to adults who are considering converting to the Catholic faith. If you are an adult interested in learning more about the Catholic faith, consider learning more about our RCIA program.

Pre-Cana

The Pre-Cana program is designed for Catholics who are planning to be married in the Church.

Pre-Jordan

The Pre-Jordan class is necessary for first time parents who are arranging for their child’s Baptism. If you would like to get your child baptized, contact the rectory at (215) 482-0450 to make arrangements. Baptisms are held on the third Sunday of the month after the 11:00 A.M. Mass.
