Dear Parishioners,
As we gather on this Christmas Day, we rejoice in the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Christmas holds a special place in our hearts, a time when the world’s troubles momentarily fade, and the enduring light of Christ shines brightly. In the midst of life’s challenges and uncertainties, the birth of our Lord provides us with solace, hope, and boundless joy. At Holy Family Church, we hope that our annual Christmas message serves as a gentle reminder of the profound significance of this day, inviting us all to unite as a steadfast community of faith, celebrating the birth of Christ and cherishing the true essence of Christmas.
Our Lord's One and Only Son
Amidst the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, amidst the twinkling lights and festive gatherings, let us not forget the true essence of Christmas: the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Beyond the material gifts and elaborate decorations, this season is a reminder of the greatest gift ever bestowed upon humanity – the gift of God’s love and salvation through His Son. As we come together with family and friends to exchange presents, let us also exchange the warmth of our hearts, mirroring the love that God shared with us through the birth of Jesus. This Christmas, may we find solace and inspiration in the enduring hope and profound joy that Christ’s presence brings into our lives.
“This is how God showed his love among us: he sent his one and only Son into the world … And so we know and rely on the love God has for us” (1 John 4:9, 16).
